Postal Credit Union retained Collaborative Design Group to provide design services for renovations to their North Saint Paul branch bank.  The existing building, PCU’s highest-traffic site, was in much need of an interior rejuvenation and modernization.  A “face lift” was given to the entire two-story, 21,000 square foot facility.

• Improvements were made to the member service area to provide more privacy when conducting business.
• A feature wall with flat-screen televisions containing the latest banking information was added to the customer waiting area.
• New teller lines provide more efficient working areas for staff.

Using materials and concepts developed in the design of the PCU’s flagship Woodbury facility, CDG brought the consistent, system-wide image and function to the busiest office of the Postal Credit Union.
The North Saint Paul branch facility also houses the Marketing, Accounting, Information Systems, Mortgage, and Lending department offices of the Credit Union.
