The Holiday Inn Select Hotel project includes updating of an existing 1979 hotel for the new ownership.  A reflective glass entry was added on the exterior at the primary elevation.  Entries, sidewalk, finishes, entrance canopies, signage and lighting were upgraded.

The interior work includes the remodeling of guestrooms for ADA accessibility, updating guest corridor lighting and finishes, and providing for other updates to meet the new owner standards.  The lobby, restaurant, business center and pool area were also remodeled.  The public area restrooms received new finishes and be brought up to current ADA standards.

Collaborative Design Group architects worked closely with the new hotel ownership group, their construction manager, and their hospitality interiors firm.
