The 5000 France project is a mixed-use development that remakes part of the key intersection of 50th Street West and France Avenue.  The upscale retail district known as “50th and France” is well know for its trendy shops, bistro restaurants and “art house” Theater.

The new structure combines 22,000 square feet of street-level retail with 23 luxury condominiums in the upper three floors. The first floor contains retail shops, office space and a restaurant.  Underground parking is provided for the condominium owners.
