The Crossing, a mixed use development for Mendota Homes located on six acres adjacent to the Cannon River in Northfield, is made up of six buildings: 2 condominiums and 4 commercial. The condominium buildings are four stories over two levels of parking.  Each building will contains 55 units of housing with associated amenity space.

The five commercial buildings serve as anchors to the site on the west providing approximately 24,500 square feet of office and retail space. The site and building design respond to Northfield’s rich historic context and the opportunity for creation of new public space connections to the Cannon River from downtown.
