Collaborative Design Group provided a feasibility study for the establishment of a multi-modal transportation terminal in the downtown Duluth area.  Goals for the study included:

• Enhancing the operation of the public transit system within the greater downtown area.
• Diminishing the pedestrian congestion at major bus stops.
• Facilitating passenger transfers to multiple destinations while diminishing wait times.
• Facilitating connectivity between different transportation modes.
• Establishing a safe and secure environment for facility customers.
• Leveraging the terminal to serve as a catalyst for development, while supporting existing downtown infrastructure and businesses.
