The Aberdeen Condominiums are a six-story, 73,000 sf residential building. The project includes 57 units (studios, one bedroom, one-bedroom plus and two bedrooms), with 2 levels of underground parking and an exterior courtyard. The site is located in the St. Paul Historic Hill Heritage Preservation District.
