Collaborative Design Group assessed the exterior of Armstrong Hall focusing on the stone panels and projecting window frames. Utilizing our in-house Existing Buildings Team, the forensic study reviewed the whole building to understand its behavior and possible causes for the stone failure. CDG was asked by the University to develop up to three (3) solutions to the failing stone issue along with associated budget estimates.
