Collaborative Design Group provided a feasibility study for the establishment of a multi-modal transportation terminal in the downtown Duluth area. Goals for the study included: Enhancing the operation of the public transit system within the greater downtown area. Diminishing the pedestrian congestion at major bus stops where it exists. Facilitating passenger transfers to multiple destinations to diminish wait times. Facilitating connectivity between different transportation modes. Establishing a safe and secure environment for facility customers.
