Designed as a flagship bus terminal for both Greyhound and Jefferson Lines, this state-of-the-art facility it located on the street level of the Hawthorne Transportation Center in downtown Minneapolis. The user-friendly terminal features eight passenger gates with an airport-style passenger information system. The 17,500 sf terminal features a full service ticketing area, GPX parcel express, deli-style food service and a family center reserved for families travelling with small children. Charter buses also have a designated lane to pick up or drop off passengers within the terminal. A taxi pickup and drop off area is located outside the main entrance.
