This urban redevelopment master plan integrates mixed use and live/work concepts into an eight-square block area in the Hillcrest Neighborhood of Saint Paul’s east side. Collaborative Design Group provided guidelines for revitalizing and strengthening the existing commercial area and expanding housing opportunities. Collaborative Design Group worked directly with the staff of the City of Saint Paul Planning and Economic Development Department.
