The LutsenRecreation Center offers enhanced amenities to guests at this existing townhouse rental resort in northern Minnesota. Serving as a central location for recreation and social gatherings, the facility includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, party room and other common areas. Collaborative Design Group incorporated the north woods theme throughout the design of the 5,000 sf recreation center. Interior and exterior materials feature rustic wood siding, shakes and native stone accents. Guests may enjoy views of the wooded resort setting and Lake Superior while relaxing outdoors on the expansive porch. Windows surrounding the perimeter of the pool area also maximize the natural setting experience at this year-round resort.
