Continuing a sixty-plus year tradition of exceptional hospitality, the Prom’s banquet, conference and catering facility provides updated facilities for a variety of functions. Emphasis was placed on developing flexible, attractive spaces to accommodate the wide range of groups and activities. An extensive kitchen and related back-of-the-house areas serve not only the on-site needs but also the Prom’s burgeoning national off-site catering business.
Included in the facility are flexible ballroom, conference and meeting spaces; office and meeting spaces for administration; and the quick-response kitchen works. The Center’s 35,000 square feet are thoughtfully detailed, with amenities such as a fireplace and custom lighting adding grace and warmth to the spaces.
