Designed as a glass enclosed meeting and banquet facility that is unique to the Twin Cities hospitality industry, the 10,000 sf Garden Terrace Ballroom offers panoramic views of the St. Paul riverfront while main-taining a flexible controlled environment for convention activities and social events.The $3.5 million addition is constructed on top of an existing unused plaza deck and is connected to the hotel’s terrace level which serves as a prefunction space. The dramatic architecture follows an English conservatory theme.
