Collaborative Design Group is currently providing architectural and structural engineering design in the development of Trader Joe's, one of the nation's most popular gourmet grocery chain, to a 1.2 acre site in St. Paul's Highland Park Neighborhood.

Working with developer Stuart Simek and TOLD Development Company, Collaborative Design Group is providing plans for the 14,000 square foot grocery stone with underground parking. The site will also contain a seperate 5,500 square foot retail building.
