River City Centre is a mixed use development offering market rate senior apartments and retail space in downtown Shakopee. Reminiscent of the existing downtown buildings, the flat-roofed, brick structure consists of three-story buildings connected by a two-story skyway with a clock tower in the center. The retail lease space (25,000 sf), as well as the housing entries and residents’ common spaces are located at street level. Fifty-two units of independent senior apartments are located on the second and third floors.
