The Shorewood City Hall addition and renovation project will greatly improve the buildings basic deficiencies as well as it's functional and aesthenic needs. The existing 5,000 square foot office building will be transformed, making it a building that memorializes the City of Shorewood. Plans for the renovation of the existing space and 1,700 square foot addition include a fresh new look for the building entrance, upgrades to the building life safety systems and ADA compliance, as well as internal changes that will ensure the City Hall will perform well into the future.
