This 70 unit, four-acre condo development is located on the St. John River in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. 64 units are grouped in one high-rise building above a one story structured parking level. Ranging in size from 2,000 sf to 3,500 sf, three base unit plan types include: a three-bedroom, three-bath unit; a two-bedroom plus den, 2 1/2 bath unit; and an end three-bedroom plus den, 3 1/2 bath unit. A fourth super luxury penthouse unit variation is located at the stepped upper tower levels. All units enjoy terrace decks with sweeping views across the wide expanse of the St. Johns River. A second building contains six units of luxury townhomes and ties the project to its historic urban neighborhood.
