The 690-car Washington Avenue Ramp is situated on the University of Minnesota’s Minneapolis campus and serves both public and campus parking needs. It replaces an aging ramp and has been designed to connect with the existing Harvard Street Ramp. The project also includes the Public Safety Building which houses offices for the University Police Department and University Transit and Parking Services. The University Center for Transportation Studies occupies the second floor.
