Woodbury City Hall provides government services and community meeting areas for this rapidly growing suburb. In the initial phase of the project, a staffing and facilities study was conducted to determine immediate and future space needs, appropriate site usage, and estimated project costs. Designed to accommodate future expansion, the building is organized into three sections:  Flexible Office Wing, Public Meeting and Council Chamber Area, and connecting center lobby.
